Halley White Ward

ATL native. RAL advocate. Ice cream connoisseur.

Halley has driven communication activities for clients in government and in a variety of industries, including nonprofits, product manufacturing, health care, and consumer brands.

Specifically, she partners with clients to build strategic, integrated communication campaigns that effectively reach clients’ audiences through tailored content creation and targeted earned media initiatives.

Before joining Eckel & Vaughan, Halley worked with FleishmanHillard (FH) for nearly five years, where she supported clients in reputation management strategies, focusing on media awareness campaigns at the local, trade, and national levels. Through her media relations work, Halley has secured placements in outlets, such as Associated Press, CNN Health, and Entertainment Tonight.

During her time at FH, she also deployed internal and external communication strategies around companies’ mergers and acquisitions, and internal integration activities, and was a part of a $600 million initial public offering (IPO) announcement for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing firm. Preceding agency life, Halley worked at the Eatonton-Putnam Chamber of Commerce where she coordinated the promotion of events, designed marketing materials, and managed website and social media content.

Halley earned a Bachelor of Arts in mass communication, concentrating in public relations and advertising, and minoring in digital media, from Georgia College & State University. In her free time, you’ll find Halley catching up on reality TV shows, trying a new restaurant, or reminiscing about the time she danced alongside Ellen DeGeneres.
