As a senior account specialist, Michelle’s passion is rooted in deploying strategic communication efforts and constantly challenging clients to be leaders in their marketplaces. Whether it’s nourishing media relationships or testing various pitch strategies, Michelle strives to never be stagnant and continuously asks the ‘why’ behind her results.
Before joining E&V, Michelle worked with a local digital marketing agency in Raleigh. There, she led digital PR efforts, such as link building, digital PR campaigns, and content optimizations in the home services industry across various media and review websites.
Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from North Carolina State University. While in school, Michelle interned with fashion e-commerce powerhouse, Rent the Runway, where she found her love for building brand awareness and leading creative brand activation campaigns. Following her college career, Michelle spent six months with Eckel & Vaughan as a strategic communications fellow, learning the foundations of public relations, effective communications and media relations.
Away from her computer, you can find Michelle exploring Raleigh with her two dogs, Georgia and Tito, experimenting with recipes in her recipe book collection or traveling to her next destination.
