It is often said that the English language is one of the most difficult to learn. That’s not surprising. So many words in the English language look and/or sound alike, but have completely different meanings. Words can be confusing sometimes. But it’s important to get them right.
Despite many great attempts across the interwebs to clearly and simply define appropriate usage of often-confused terms, frequent misuse persists.
